06How are cleaning and linen managed?
Professional cleaning and laundry services are systematically carried out between every guest stay by qualified teams. Furthermore, cleaning fees are paid directly by the guests, with no impact on your revenue.
07How are my property and belongings protected against damage?
Property safety is our top priority. We thoroughly screen guests and require a security deposit prior to check-in. Additionally, bookings via platforms like Airbnb include complementary damage protection coverage.
08What is your pricing model / commission rate?
Our fee is based on a commission percentage of the generated rental income. This means we only make money when your property is rented. No hidden fees—our interests are 100% aligned with yours!
09How can I track my property's bookings and performance?
You maintain complete visibility over your property’s activity. We provide you with access to clear tracking of upcoming bookings, calendar availability, and generated earnings.
